Deal Terms

Techstars Tech Central Sydney powered by the NSW Government invests US$120,000 in exchange for ~6-8% of your company.

How does it work?

We invest US$20,000 for 5% common stock at the beginning of the accelerator.

We also invest US$100,000 on an uncapped SAFE note, which will convert to equity on the same terms as other investors at your first-priced funding round. The uncapped note means there is no ceiling on your valuation.

This year, we shifted to an uncapped SAFE note to make the terms even more founder friendly.
