Rally SEA Winter 2025 Cohort

The Rally Accelerator is the core engine of Central Florida’s Living Lab. It helps social entrepreneurs transform promising ideas into sustainable ventures with measurable impact. Over 16 weeks, participants join a diverse cohort of founders working on solutions across housing, mobility, health, education, sustainability, and more.

The program is more than a traditional startup accelerator. It is embedded within Rally’s Living Lab, a regional testbed where entrepreneurs, residents, institutions, and corporate partners co-create and pilot solutions in real-world settings. This unique environment allows founders to validate their ideas not just in theory but in practice, directly with the communities they aim to serve.

Fellows receive access to a rigorous curriculum and proven tools, including the Social Lean Canvas, Theory of Change, Beneficiary Empathy Map, and Customer Persona frameworks. Each venture is supported through hands-on coaching, biweekly one-on-one sessions, and workshops designed to strengthen both business models and impact strategies. Rally Makers, which include business leaders, investors, and sector specialists, open doors to pilot opportunities, funding, and networks that accelerate growth.

The accelerator is designed for early-stage social enterprises that are close to or ready to test their solutions in the real world. Ventures may be based anywhere in the world, but they must bring solutions or approaches that align with Central Florida’s most pressing social and environmental priorities. Fellows are expected to demonstrate both a commitment to measurable impact and readiness to pilot, iterate, and grow within the region’s Living Lab context.

Since 2017, Rally has supported more than 100 social entrepreneurs who have collectively raised over 40 million dollars and created more than 650 jobs. The Accelerator fuels ventures that improve life in Central Florida and provide replicable models for communities worldwide.
