Mountaintop Social Impact Executive Fellowship

The Mountaintop Social Impact Executive Fellowship (SIEF) is a one-year hybrid program designed for manager and executives who lead institutions shaping communities through government, nonprofits, philanthropy, and education. Now in its third year, the program helps leaders deepen and scale systems change while navigating complexity and making influence last.
The fellowship begins with a two-week residential Leadership Institute at Harvard’s Edmond and Lily Safra Center for Ethics, where Fellows engage with world-class practitioners and academics through workshops, systems-thinking labs, and immersive leadership experiences.
Following the Institute, the year continues with personalized executive mentorship, peer exchange sessions, and virtual convenings — all designed to translate learning into action and build a global network spanning over 175 countries.
Ready for the next level of impact? Join a select cohort of leaders committed to action, clarity, and long-term change. Applications close December 14, 2025.
